Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the website operated by Australian Sports Apparel Group (ABN 56 603 175 800) ("AUSAG", "we", "us"). We are committed to handling personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including when you:

• Submit a quote request or general enquiry (name, organisation, email, phone number, order details);
• Sign up to our newsletter (name and email address);
• Place an order (billing and delivery details, and payment confirmation — we do not store full card numbers ourselves);
• Contact us by phone or email.

We do not knowingly collect information from children without the involvement of a parent, school or club administrator.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes and designs;
• To process, produce and deliver orders, including sharing garment specifications (not your personal contact details) with our manufacturing partners;
• To send order updates and, where you've opted in, occasional promotional offers;
• To improve our website and services.

We may share limited information with trusted third parties strictly to deliver our service: payment processors, delivery couriers (Australia Post, DHL and similar), and our email/newsletter platform. Website enquiries are transmitted to Web3Forms, and the hCaptcha service checks form submissions for spam. Garment production specifications (designs, sizes, quantities) are shared with our manufacturing partners; we do not send your personal contact details overseas as part of this process. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Google Analytics is currently disabled. We store your selected quote items in your browser so they remain available on your next visit. If you choose to save an enquiry draft, its details are kept in session storage for that tab until you send or clear it. The spam-protection widget is loaded when you reach a form and processes technical information to verify submissions. We do not use this website for advertising tracking. You can clear saved quote items using the quote list or your browser settings.

You can ask us for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us directly. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first — if you're not satisfied with our response, you can raise a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
