Quotes are not binding orders
Browsing products, adding items to a quote list, or submitting an enquiry through this website does not place an order. Every order is confirmed by a written quote from AUSAG, followed by your approval of the design and a 50% deposit. Your order is only confirmed once we've received that deposit. The remaining balance is payable before delivery.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice, particularly for custom or bulk orders where final pricing depends on garment specification, quantity, and design complexity. All quotes will clearly state whether GST is included. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote.
Production & delivery
Most garments are custom-made to order through our manufacturing partners, with typical turnaround of around 3–6 weeks (depending on the order) from deposit payment, including a pre-production sample for your approval. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control (customs, courier delays, sample approval turnaround on your end, etc.).
Your rights are protected
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that apply to goods and services supplied to you. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for details on faulty or incorrect goods.
Intellectual property
The AUSAG name, logo, and website content are owned by Australian Sports Apparel Group. Designs created for your order remain available for your organisation's future re-orders, but AUSAG retains the right to use finished product photography for marketing purposes unless you tell us otherwise.
Website use
Please use this website lawfully and don't attempt to interfere with its operation. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
